We love these two a lot. They have so much in common! Siding with Karlach is the first ‘good’ action that gets you Astarion approval in the game! Anyway. They’re also murder-horny little freaks who eat people (or, well, souls, in Karlach’s case. See above in the Karlach/Mizora section for more on our opinions about Karlach and morality), and we deserve to see them be murder-horny little freaks in love.

Wanna do Act 1/early Act 2 stuff before Karlach’s heart is fixed with guided masturbation and/or Astarion’s Mage Hand (which in 5e base rules is immune to fire damage)? Hell yeah.
